Civil Property Group is a multi disciplined construction company based in Sydney, specialising in:

- Safety - The safety of our contractors is by far our highest priority, and we spare no expense ensuring a safe working environment.
- Quality - The high quality standards we set ourselves is evident in all our previous work and we must prioritise quality over time. A high quality product with minimal defects is definitely more desirable than a lemon built 4 weeks faster!
- Time - We are very conscious of completing all our projects efficiently and it is in our best interest to finish a job as quickly as possible, but we will never compromise safety or quality in doing so.
We are available to quote on works in the Sydney Metropolitan area (and some parts of regional NSW, please contact us for a detailed list) All quotations will include a detailed breakdown of exactly what works will be undertaken to ensure maximum transparency between us and our clients.
CPG is a member of the Housing Industry of Australia (membership no. 905023) and the Master Builders' Association (membership no. 1852967)
Specialising in period restorations and modern transformations of Australian homes, CPG has extensive experience in renovations, additions constructions.
With previous works ranging from $5,000 to over $1 million, no job is too small or large. See examples of previous work here. CPG is also subcontracted by other construction companies to project manage works, see examples here.
The newest arm of the CPG group with completed contracts to date including maintenance projects and commercial fit outs. Current projects include a medium scale industrial construction.
Our full time OH&S officer inspects all construction sites to ensure CPG adheres to OH&S code. He is also available as a consultant to corporations and will ensure your workplace adheres to the standards issued by the National Safety Council of Australia (NSCA). Prior to joining CPG, he was responsible for the OH&S of a major development company and achieved a 5 star rating (the highest possible) for all its interstate divisions for 2 years in a row.
An application for a building consultancy license has been submitted to the Department of Fair Trading and is currently pending.
